The implementation of a defined ERP project based
on Microsoft Dynamics or IBM Tivoli will be as per
the customer's requirements. The project during the
implementation phase will be managed and led by
our experienced Project Managers (PM).
The PM along with the clients PM will study the project
requirements and lay down the detailed project plans
for all the tasks in MS project indicating the deliverables
and the delivery schedules of the various tasks / objects.
Our assigned PM will take the overall responsibility of
the project plan and its implementation success.

the key project stakeholders at the start of the project.
The project scope includes the Implementation of the ERP package including all Phases (Project
Preparation to Go - Live and support) and also Implementation of a comprehensive official training
for customer's project team.
